Meet Matt Maglicic

Matthew W. Maglicic, Director of Warehouse Operations

Matt joined Garner in 2024 as the Director of Warehouse Operations.  Before Garner, Matt was the Vice President of Sales at ASW Global, also a 3PL warehouse provider.  Matt has been in the warehousing and logistics industry since 2015 and has extensive experience in 3rd party warehouse operations and growth strategy.

Matt is a graduate of The University of Findlay with a B.A. in Finance and Business Administration.  He has embraced professional development throughout his career and has received sales and management training through the DISC® methodology as well as learning staffing and corporate culture strategy through the Chally Assessment™.

He credits a lot of his career success to his athletic, military and coaching experiences.  Matt served 6 years in the Ohio Army National Guard and played football at The University of Findlay where he earned Academic All-American and 2nd Team All-American honors.  He also coached football for 15 years at the youth and high school levels in Columbus, OH.

Matt is a volunteer for the Riverview International Center, a non-profit organization in Columbus, OH helping immigrants and refugees navigate their new home.  Matt specializes in workforce development providing career advice and helping individuals find jobs.
