The DAB meets quarterly to brainstorm and plan innovative projects, carefully aligning them with their annual budget. Over the years, they have achieved an impressive track record of successful initiatives, ranging from creating training videos and providing holiday gifts for employees to constructing a truck change-out station. The DAB is constantly exploring new ideas to enhance operations and employee experiences!
